The majority of my life has been spent in Florida. This backdrop has always been a driving force in my work, that often intermingles the invasiveness of the tourist and the abundant grit of the south. Narratives fluctuate between the beautiful and the grotesque, the sinister and the silly.  There are attempts at humor, tenderness, nostalgia, irreverence, and challenging authority.
